Program Overview

The U9–U12 In-House Recreational Program is the next step after our popular U4–U8 In-House League.
It provides players ages 8–12 with a fun, supportive, and age-appropriate soccer experience that emphasizes:
Skill development
Confidence and teamwork
Sportsmanship
Love of the game
This is development first — not standings, pressure, or elite competition.

Who This Program Is For?

This program is perfect for players who:
Are new to soccer
Want to keep playing without the commitment of travel
Prefer a low-pressure, family-friendly environment
Want to improve skills and understanding of the game
Want consistent structure: 1 practice + 1 game per week
All skill levels are welcome. No experience required.

 

Program Structure?

Age Groups
U9, U10, U11, U12
Season Format
1 weekday practice
1 weekend game
Same general schedule each week (same time, same location whenever possible)
7v7 games
Co-ed teams
Style of Play
Small-sided, age-appropriate matches
Instructional coaching and officiating
Focus on learning, development, and enjoyment
Scores may be kept for teaching purposes (age-dependent), but development always comes first

Coaching & Instruction

All sessions are led by paid Everson professional coaches, who:
Run practices
Coach games
Officiate scrimmages
Create a positive, organized, instructional environment

Travel + Rec Option

Players can participate in both Travel and U9–U12 In-House Rec.
This is a great option for travel players who want:
Extra touches on the ball
More game experience
A relaxed, fun soccer environment
Travel + Rec Add-On Cost: $50

Teams & Scheduling

Teams are formed with the goal of:
Balanced rosters
Positive experiences for all players
Friend requests are considered when possible.
Final team format depends on total registration numbers — some weeks may use rotating teams.

Is This a Travel Program?

No.
This is a local, in-house program only — no long travel, no weekend road trips, and schedules are built for families.

When kids play in a positive, pressure-free environment, they love the game — and that makes Saturdays fun for everyone.
And yes…
☕ We’re working on having a coffee truck at most Saturday games.
